Donna Fish is a Level 4 TEAM CBT Therapist/Trainer . She lives in New York City where she consults, teaches and runs a private practice.

She has been a faculty member and guest lecturer at Columbia University, Harvard Medical School Continuing Ed. Dept, NYU and Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy’s CSAB division.

Following the publication of her book “Take the Fight out of Food” Donna taught workshops across the US and Canada, hosted a WEB MD series on Living Well with Depression and was the keynote speaker for the Minnesota School Board Annual Convention. She was seen on multiple television networks, and has written multiple articles for “The Huffington Post” and “Psychology Today”.

Recently, Donna was featured with Fareed Zakaria on the podcast “Go Ask Ali: Our New World Inside and Out” and can be heard on the “David Burns Feeling Good Podcast” speaking on Eating Disorders. (No.259)

Donna recently taught at the TEAM CBT European Conference in Poland, and she continues to train therapists worldwide in her eating disorder workshops. With her prior 10 year career as a professional dancer, Donna consults with The School of American Ballet, The Juilliard School and NYU’s Dance Dept where she teaches a workshop titled: “Mental Fitness: How to Survive and Thrive in the Dance World”.
